Deposits are non‑refundable, but they never just disappear. If you can't make it, you can:
- Pass your seat to a friend. Any 3.5+ player can take your spot; we'll confirm their level.
- Roll it forward. Put your deposit toward any Away Games trip in the next 12 months.
And if we ever cancel a trip, you choose a full refund or a transfer. Every dollar.

Private trips for clubs, companies and celebrations are held with 30% of the group total and a signed agreement from the organizer, with the balance due 60 days out.

How do you check that I'm a 3.5+ player?
We ask for your DUPR rating when you book. No DUPR? Send a short video or come to Home Games and a Do Less coach will rate you. It's how we keep every game a real game.
Is this a pickleball camp?
Nope. Camps optimize for hours on court. We pack the pickleball into high‑value sessions, like clinics, organized games and a round robin, and leave room for the destination itself. It's a vacation that happens to have excellent pickleball.
What's included?
Lodging, advanced clinics, organized match play, the Away Games tournament, a welcome event, a signature group dinner and a welcome kit. Tour trips add selected pro‑event access. Airfare, airport transfers, most meals, drinks and optional activities are on you.
Can I play in the amateur tournament at a pro event?
Often, yes, but registration is separate because cost, divisions and availability vary by event. We'll help you sort it out and plan the schedule around your matches.
Where do we stay?
It depends on the trip. Sometimes it's rooms close to the courts; sometimes it's a big rental house (or two) where the whole crew stays under one roof. Either way, it's picked for location, comfort and a short ride to the courts.
Can I come solo?
Absolutely. Solo players fit right in, and we'll match you with partners at your level from the first clinic. Nobody stays solo past the welcome party.
Can my partner come if they don't play?
Yes. Non‑playing companions share your room, join the parties and cheer from the sideline at a reduced rate.
How do payments work?
A deposit holds your spot: $750 for Tour and Escape trips, $1,000 for Pro Edition and $350 for Weekenders and Midweek trips. It's non‑refundable but transferable to a friend or to any trip in the next 12 months. See Lock in your spot for the full schedule.
What if a trip doesn't fill?
Every trip is guaranteed to run once it reaches its minimum group size. If it doesn't, you choose a full refund or a transfer to another trip.
